Share buyback --- they are holding capital for strategic investment
Dividend payout ---they are waiting for the fully franked environment
( refer to FG 's (?) post -if memory serves right- in regards to it, in ss )
In short, all points to a (long) wait, but Japanese approval may surprise us shortly,
and i say surprise us because i have this one too in the queue of the waits, lol!
And we "shall not mention the war!" (SP :) LOL!)
