based on their business models, it is inevitable that ordinary users will try FVRR first, it is almost just like upload your resume, and waiting for companies to pick you, except, in normal circumstance, companies have to offer you a full-time job and package, and on FVRR, they just need to pay you an hourly rate to complete a job.
I suspect once FVRR starts to reduce whatever incentives you are offering at the moment, the 20% charge won't be sustainable, users are not Indian taxi drivers, 20c in a dollar to the middle man is a lot of money.
