Like blue cheese?
I've got a recipe somewhere for poached pears with a slightly sweet syrup.
Then plate it with a nice slice of bLuke cheese.
It's dead set divine. The flavours are big, luxurious, and bounce off each other.
And then there's the 3 textures.
Drool.
