A N-S link is almost certainly road or rail. Not sure that is the case with APC. Perhaps they have a tenement that just crosses a boundary? Perhaps the rules have changed but considering how little activity is going on in Federal parliament that seems unlikely. On face value they would appear to be pushing the limits, wouldn’t you agree? KLL are clearly northern Australia. RWD and AMN are clearly northern Australia and aim to build roads that will be of benefit to the wider community. APC as a Goldfields project has made much of its relatively superior location and clearly stated its location within Laverton.
