Hi all, on the theme of statistics, I attempted some modelling this afternoon on what minimum results in survival might be needed to conclude a significant benefit for the primary outcome at either interim or final stages of the COVID-19 ARDS trial. I do not have a medical research background and this may well be over-simplistic or incorrect. I'd be interested to hear comments from others on these numbers or factors that might come into consideration.
