I dont think theres enough potential for any more fear and panic for the SP to go so low. The people have been milked dry and it seems no one cares to care anymore. People just want to get back to their everyday lives. We're on the road to recovery, the whole value of qantas isn't based on what they might make on the first few months back in business.
They have secured their survivability.
Business will start, slowly but surely.
Their major competitor is in turmoil.
We will eventually deal with this virus. When? Who knows, thats the uncertainty which makes this SP an opportunity.
Technical analysis is fun, i love to open up graphs and draw lines too but i know very well that anyone can draw the lines to fit their own subjective opinion.
