The likely off take partners will be tied to the US state department and department of defence. Imho these deposits are already sold, all you need to do is look at the US going hell for leather securing their own critical minerals for the defence industry. I have been involved with another company on the rare earths front and its looking like a genuine boom industry for years to come. No brainer.
