Someone with deep pockets is very interested in accumulating AEF, but we haven't yet seen any announcements from substantial holders. That tells me that this activity is coming from somewhere else. Surely, whoever it is would have enough shares by now to warrant a substantial holder announcement to the market. Any ideas folk?
