One thing noone has considered:
What if the banks converted the remaining debt into hybrids via a debuntures, similar to what we've been hearing about Centro. With allco they only need to convert ~$300m of debt for it to become a business with proper gearing, as such it's entirely possible that the banks have converted the debt into complex secirities maturing in let's say 2-5 years. This is entirely possible, infact probabble!
