When can we get a confirmed answer re the JV....this is still open with the "may not preoceed" clause yet....nothing stating "its over guys"...
There was no extension clause in June...but that was June and this is almost November now... a lot has changed since then...JRV will have to agre if they ask for an extension...what are thier options? their technology? its untested / unconfirmed yet...the market is not going to finance their project..debt is a strict no no atm...PoN is not favourable...we will have to grin and bear the weight of the chinese on top of us...(sorry girls, just in a p!ssed mood atm, hence pardon my language)...
