You were talking about MSB being in financial trouble, it's having a lousy balance sheet, too-high cash burn, etc.

I don't recall your view on a CR being tied to a likely approval of a COVID treatment and the desire to raise capital to ramp up manufacturing for production of product to deal with potential global demand. If that's what you wrote, I surely missed it.

At the end, there is a huge difference between "company is bleeding cash, won't be able to fund day-to-day operations in a few months, better raise cash" (which was your intimation) versus "company has a massive opportunity, it should raise cash (at only a 7% discount to share price) to ensure it has the upper hand in upcoming negotiations, is able to maximise approval, etc." (which is what seems to be the case here).

Agree that there was no urgency to raise the funds.
But that simply begs the question of why they didn't give all shareholders a chance to participate, instead of just the select few clients of Bell Potter?

Just about every company raising capital at the moment is including a SPP to give minority shareholders the opportunity to add to their holdings at a discount to the share price.
