Ok sure - so that's nearly $4M spent on upgrading roads and made in China machinery....

so now on to the hard questions:

1- China plant and equipment that is not an industry norm - goes to how investors perceive Made in China, local content regs and the believability of CAPEX.

2- How much string will you @Natos and other holders give current BOD and management to get funding done before calling for a change in management.

BTW - the fact that early- start programs has ceased isn't really my issue. It goes to competence and the fact they started pushing out CAPEX before the major funding had been raised.

if you don't have CAPEX dollars you have a road to nowhere
