I've seen several small caps where it's not prorata, e.g. CPY.
Also several small caps where it is prorata but extra applications allowed if undersubscribed, and it has turned out to be undersubscribed, e.g. DCN, KMD.
I agree that I haven't seen anything in ASX100 like these, yet.
Still hoping.
