1) If Companies are doing due diligence and they see plant and equipment that's Made In China, with industry norms dictating otherwise (not to mention local content law), do you think that's a help or hindrance to funding?

Why wouldn't I use the word care and maintenance? You have started CAPEX work, which means you are building a mine, so yes, if you were not to get funding, your MOC equipment would be stranded in China and your carpark would remain as is, hence the project is in care and maintenance.

2) That's a dodge, if you know how the bond markets work, you know bonds issues not taken up become unloved and eventually unfulfilled.

This answer is a tacit admission that no matter how long funding drags on, you are not prepared to spill the board because it would mean admitting you were wrong about the project. Only I don't think you're wrong, I just think you have the wrong team.

In my original post, I gave you a five-month holiday for COVID. But I'm a reasonable person, you tell me how long you would give for COVID? Then add that to the time you would also give the business to reach its funding goal.

Let me be clear, I am asking you directly if COVID wasn't an issue, how long would you be giving management to fulfill their plans?

I said March 2021, are you even prepared to say you would back management past this date?

If your answer is still we will back management unquestionable till the end of time - which is the logical conclusion to your road to nowhere statement, then you have failed to see the ad absurdum of your logic.

Backing management/personalities to the detriment of your project is the worst logic shareholders can have, plenty of great projects have emerged once management has been replaced.
