sorry, I didn´t want to offend you, but one question : are you running your own firm ? in my point of view, if so , you haven´t answer these question.
as explained before, BD was running the company over years and a lot of people are following. Now there is a new guy at the helm and everybody is expecting that the complete company has to change in "seconds". That´s never be happen. Look at GE. and there are several others...
This changement needs time and patient. I have to agree with dwm.
Myself, i have lost money twice on this stock, not much, but lost. Now the company is in a complete and better situation than one year before. did you believe that the big adresses throwing their money in the chimney only for fun ? Never, ever. They know a lot more than we and they have also made a proof of the helm.
I´m to old to know it better than that what is happen now. You can´t change the complete management at once. Only step by step, not ignoring there are people in value for the company which hasn´t had the possibility to show her talent. Why changing them ? But to discover this talent it may needs a little bit of time. to open several working plants is not that´s what helps. Only One step after the other.
The former management has needs years to bring this company at the edge; please be patient, it will be rewarded .
