You said it, no fatal flaws and we are all in this together...I just want to put a timestamp on this so everyone understands your position:

I have said March 2021 seems reasonable - thats 1.5 years since the loan notes were launched and gives a 5-6 month holiday for COVID to achieve funding.

but you are happy for them to take as long as they like - so the logical conclusion is that they will either get the funding, or, they will never get the funding.

Either way there is no circumstances where you would spill the board....I just want that on record.
