I think everybody is forgetting that Langes options were first announced back when the SP was north of 60 cents I believe. They were scheduled to be voted on via an EGM on the 28/8/08 which was then cancelled and the vote moved to the AGM.
I have no issue with voting yes for the motions based purely on continuing company performance. Since Lange came on board there has been nothing to indicate to me that he isn't worth every one of them.
Current SP is ridiculous, and with a P/E under 4 I'm working hard on the Mrs for more funding.
