I'm really excited to see these dates put into writing. As it says in the announcement it provides greater certainty in the developments over the coming year and a half which institutional investors require to make substantial investments. If the team can meet or exceed expectations over the coming months, we can expect a significant re-rate moving into the next half of this year.
