Manufacturingmuststartnow.OtherformsoffinanceiedebtmaynotbeaseasytoobtainwithouttheEAU(atminimum).TherewillbeawindowwhereRem-LwillbetheonlycommerciallyscalabletreatmentwhichhasdemonstratedstatisticallysignificantadvantageoverSOR.ThatwillresultinasignificantrushforordersfromeveryWesterncountry(read;abletoafford)tosecuretheirsupply.Thatsalesopportunitywilldwarfwhateverpeoplethinkhavebeenlostbygoingearlyforfundsinthismanner,imo.
WhathappensifallthesuccessfulpreliminarystudydatatodateusingvariousformsofstemcelltreatmentsaroundtheworldarenotreplicatedinMSB'sformalPhase3study?Well,thisraisewillhavebeenevenmoreimportantandshrewd.Additionally,allthemanufacturedRem-LwillbeniceinventoryfortheirsoontobeapprovedGvHDpediatricindication.Nosignificantwastageofresources.
Ithinktosuggestthemanagementsomehowdon'tbelievetheARDStrialresultswillbesuccessfulandthat'swhytheyareraisingnowinsteadofwaitingforhigherpricesonthebackofsuccessfultrialresults,demonstratesahighlevelofparanoiaanddistrustofthem.Iassumeyouhaveasourceforthatlevelofdistrust,thoughIamnotinterestedthosereasons.IamhappytofollowthescientificdataforthelikelihoodofsuccessoftheARDSindication,mostofwhichisindependentofmanagement.Anchoredthinkingisthesourceofmanyalostinvestingopportunity,frommyexperience.
