I totally agree with Deansy, the Chinese are playing the current global situation (as a team I am sure) for all its worth...they know they have got massive infrastructure changes to make over the next few decades probably never seen on a similar scale before. They will play every negotiation trick in the book to put themselves in a good position now to lock in the lowest possible cost base for the impending expansion.
