I think maybe the FEED for Dorado is getting closer to completion - that is one possibility. Maybe, a leak of lower costs etc.
There might be something in the government consideration of strategic supplies going forward.
Or maybe, investors have just realised the world will not end tomorrow or the day after and CVN is a bloody bargain.
Given our actions/response to this pandemic, we could, unless there is a 2nd wave, be one of the first developed nations up and running, barring international travel. And be the beneficiary of being 1st out.
