I have been in PAR since 2017 and have continually bought more along the way, It frustrates me that the average shareholder are not included in these heavily discounted capital raises that the company have done, I do question the timing of the last raise to this sale a few weeks later! Not that I mind PR taking profit, he deserves it, It would be nice if the company would consider us holders more in their deliberations. OK thats my rant finished now lets get this 2nd Q news......
