William Shan Shan is right, taking longer to negotiate may be frustrating as hell but may also be better for the long term interests of its share holders..
I currently hold another stock, where the co. is now looking at extending the JV phase out by another 12 months.
Anyway..very very frustrating but necessary for a better deal.(I think)
