Agreed.....and what is the guarantee that they would be able to buy at a set price of, say $3.20 each day. When you are buying in volume, it is prudent to take a stake at a level that you are comfortable without any doubt of price appreciation the next day when you may not be able to fill your position for the price that you had purchased the stock at the day before. Cos when you are dealing in millions, every cent counts.
