If the game is to suppress the SP leading up to equity raise then yes, pull the plug and insert thumb. If the player is company management then one has to wonder what game they're trying to play. If they want seed investors to be prevented on trading then they should have listed on the TSX.V and/or gotten private placements that prevent initial investors from selling for a period.
