Credit where credit is due. Sandy did predict low 3s again, whilst some of you others were in the stars with predictions of 5c+. So for now, you can't argue that Sandy was correct in his judgement.

Saying that, if management delivers revenues shortly I cant see OCO staying this low for long. 4c is fair price in my opinion on what they currently have and achieved. Proof of consistent revenues and profits will push this to 5c+ over next few months.
