Saying at the shareholders briefing in August that he valued the company at 24c under current market conditions is just wrong when 2 months later they're in receivership. Also his comment about just having to sell IBR and QLD assets to pay back debt or find a JV for Armenia was just outright misleading and to made 3c sound like a steal.

This was the top 20 shareholders back in march, assuming some of these big players are still in they'll lead a class action and i guess we'll follow. Have no idea about the procedure as i've never been ripped like this before.
