CFE looks good, page-16

Can anyone tell me how is it possible that TS keeps making money out of nothing at the cost of naive shareholders ? How is this legally even possible ? Is ASIC blind or dormant ? Shocking. But I must admit TS's business model is really great - for him I mean. Guy has talent and guts to keep sucking out money from shareholders - even now ! And I must have been blind when I owned CFE shares a few years ago. But eventually, IMO, considering dismal CFE's financial position they will soon go into administration / ATO will eventually squeeze them out of any cash they owe. Yet some people are still buying this junk....
