The $2.50 cap raising will put a floor under any potential takeover price. As a consequence this may not be seen as such a bargain compared with many other juniors that have an SP that has fallen by the eqivelant %.

That said, BRM does come with 100M in the bank, and has it's main tenemant directly along the current rail line with a JORC already confirmed....I think the market is going to be an exciting place over the next few months as the juniors get taken over or fold up.
