As MRE is now trading at 0.80 and the rights are trading at 0.32, given that the rights are exercisable at 0.30, does that not mean that anyone who is currently bullish on the company should buy the rights and convert to shares rather than the shares itself?
The risk would be the time lag between getting the rights and exercising them...
