tin will disappear in 20 years , page-10

  1. 284 Posts.
The original post says, in a definitive tone, "Extractable deposits of tin will therefore disappear for good in 2028."

    HOLY TIN COW!

Then, it dilutes with, "This date is only a rough indication. Sources differ, and it could change with the evolution of our civilisation."

Doom and its attendant price-spike predictions have been around with us since Og discovered fire.

I'll weigh in with my prediction:

In 20 years our new overlords, dolphins, will ride on the backs of servant monkeys across the post-apocalyptic hellscape that was Earth. Gold will cost $1 million/ounce, inflation-adjsuted, and tin will cost $2 million/ounce.

So stockpile valuable tin, monkeys and dehydrated bananas while they're cheap!

    Good luck to the survivours.
