The property owners who will lose out the most are the people who pay a million or more for a unit or tiny home in the cities ,when for 500k in many well established towns you can get a very large home on 5 acres or more with sheds fruit trees things to do and space to move around ,IM expecting my small farm to double in value as panicking scared buyers of what has been going on with lockdowns the risk of being around to many people ,and the over reaction of the governments of the world ,will want to get out of the cities into a place of more freedom.
I have watched them shows of people buying tiny homes in cities for millions ,and just think what fools.
Back to the land I say ,and I suspect a lot more people will do just that.
