Strategically this could be a great acquisition and diversification.
Graphite and Gold tend to be counter cyclical to each other.
So when the price of graphite is up....the price of gold tends to be down and vice versa......which creates a more reliable cash flow etc.
This acquisition could also hope with closing the current Fund raising...
