interesting announcement just out from Jacinta Allen regarding a deal with the NEL shires over nearly $65 million in upgrades to affected shires sporting grounds. sounds like a sweetener to get the NEL project off and going & to dampen the legal fights.
Sounds like VIC GOVT is very committed to the NEL project. With such environmental oversight on this and other infrastructure projects, I'm thinking NAG is sitting pretty as the preferred receiver of pass.
