    Quite easy
    I have 3 million shares i want to sell because i am expecting bad news.
    I go in and buy 1m at 8.5c and soon after sell that holding at roughly the same price so no real loss.
    I then continue selling down the rest of my 3 million holding even as low as 8c because i don't want to be incurring greater losses when the stock comes out of the suspension.
    It's just a possibilty.
