Hi UTS,
I read that as they have access to enough funding to roll over this year and next years debt however as there assets are revalued down there gearing level is increasing. I don't think a prudent board would seek to take on more debt (even if they could ) to buy back shares. i think they just need to hold tight and hopefully dont need to raise more capital to get through this. Although the plunging shre price suggests that the market believes they are going to have to. Hope they are wrong!
