I always like management who are shareholder friendly and are able to identify and eventually get results ( I will like them even more if they can get a mine into operation in a reasonable time).
the recent likes of dcn, moy, gcy, kin, etc...etc... Show what a risky business is investing in gold mining and that top quality management is paramount.
