u should study the share b4 u buy. This is my best advise.
the behaviour today is exact the same patter the share have last 10 years
they spike to much far than u imagine and later on retrace.
absolutely normal movement.
and the best is if u consider e things
a) tomorrow they will give the shares for the Cr winners
some should sell today to pay tomorrow( and in spite of that the share went up
b) the volume was higher than normal
c) all asx went down we went up
meaning. Zero reasons to u be disappointed
