Great post Ruster. I am a large shareholder in AOW and unfortunately this activity happens far too often on the bourse and ASX/ASIC seem to be either under resourced or lack the appetite to investigate these issues, let alone thoroughly. A lot of questions regarding the competence and motivation of management is begging here and maybe it requires a more formal structured (legal) approach to the regulators to make headway. Would be interesting what a forensic Audit would reveal. AOW is NOT a private Company.
