Coal companies (most resources stocks) are not being valued on their DCF of their resource. Forget about trying to setting price targets on any normal fundamentals, at present.
Interestly, RIV drilled a couple of kms outside the TATA lease and hit the same coal seam. Expect to see significant increases in their resource in future.
