I have a question:
Were theYA Global monies required to be repaid or could the company have allotted the 77million shares @ $0.175cents???
Im a bit confused as the notes within the Annual General Meeting docs seems to suggest that shares could be allotted instead of cash returned.
If this is the case then why repay the funds in cash??
