    Owning your own last mile infrastructure is a plus against the 500 other IT providers in Australia I guess.

    B2B is not low churn. NBN migrations are putting an axe through most wireline copper services. The revenue dilution on legacy copper services is huge - customers moving from $500 per month Ethernet @ 40% GP to $120 per month NBN @ 20% GP.

    Market forces/dynamics are the issue - too much competition for a shrinking pie.

    NBN deals are "me-too's" as far as I am concerned. Everyone flogging the same shit for not much return.

    If they are good at what they do and are getting alot of referrals - this is the ultimate litmus test IMO.
