Damn right it was! marinated overnight in olive oil, maple syrup, salt , tamari, herbs etc etc and then grilled 6 -8 minutes a side...OMG!
The new order arrived last week....free range hormone free antibiotic free grass fed Dirty Clean lamb mine and steak...
Conventional lambs now munch on feedlot and fed the usual array of growth hormones,vaccines, antibiotics and pharma to stop their wee stomachs exploding with the wrong food they get , then off the slaughter house
