I read it as a letter to APAC shareholders to grant approval for a future substantial buy up of MLX holdings in the range of 40% including their current 15% spending a maximum of 35mil (approx .10c per share). Interesting part of the letter, ‘‘Manner of Acquisition" save Brett Smith's directorship and his holdings of approx. .02% (sweetener & questionable) if I read that right. The share price will never reach what it's really worth whilst all this is going on. I have a concern for transparency in process moving forward based on some of the points in this letter. I hope the FIRB is on top of it.
