100% . Whichever way you look at it APAC have spoken out of turn. This doesn't look good for MLX, having a large conflict of interest on the board. All whilst they are trying to sell assets!! I think we know which way Brett will vote on divestment - dilution is the better option for APAC and that's what they have now pointed to. Loud, clear and out of turn.
