I also agree with @ceviche and would not support a resolution that forced ASX to delist ISX. I also have much respect and support for both of you @NashaNasha and @Green Hornet and many thanks for the contribution. Like@ceviche, I am also prepared to wait on Justice Davies although, even though I said a while ago I wouldn't, I would now support ISX doing the delisting if that was what was best for the company. However, I still don't think that is the best for Australia - losing still another great tech company to overseas, or for us to miss the opportunity to expose ASX in court in hopes of placing some reasonable control over ASX.
