from the prospectus dated 12 September 2017:
so can it be assumed that the wording in todays announcement is incorrect and it is "Odyssey Waste Control Pty Ltd ACN 604645650" is being taken over (and that will include "Odyssey Waste Control Pte Ltd"- a Singapore based subsidiary)?
Note: this singapore arm did not even exist when the 2017 prospectus was issued, so could not have been referred to in that document.
