You are so correct. Look after your own children. Teach them traffic sense,stranger danger, drink spiking and etc.
My daughter's computer is not in her room. It next to mine, in common room.
She knows not to give personal details over internet, for you don't know who they are.
"If it's to be, it's up to me." No one else, let alone government of strangers.
