rod ,agree on dilution &strike price, i read nearly 12mill. add.shares if s.p. reaches 0.033& an add. 22mill. if s.p. reaches 0.035 i.e. 34mill.add.shs.. FREE! this at a time when most of us are in a sea of RED .do directors believe S.P. will be only 0.035 for some time ? pl. correct me if im wrong.
