There is no obligation for them to buy more BYE. They have plenty already and any fund allocation should go to the area with best possible return - Vali and Cervantes imho. SPP allocation would only be about $200k anyway (4m to be raised, MEL have circa 5% from memory), so not going to dent BYE much if MEL don't participate. There's a chance that MEL have been selling down anyway (as noted in the quarterly) so anything is possible.
